<p class="Body">Deb Lapmardo has a long and happy history in the wine business. "Back East" she owned and managed Michael Charles Premier Wine, a fine wine retail shop. Deb also created and managed an online wine store and was sales manager for a fine wine distributorship. Deb has earned her Sommelier certification and specializes in wine education. She also authors <a href="http://thewinecellarsclub.com/" rel="follow"><span class="Hyperlink0"><span style="color: black;">thewinecellarsclub.com</span></span></a> and was a long time commentator for WFMJ-TV.</p>
<p class="Body">Now in Arizona she works as Wine Manager for Total Wine & More, and assists husband Chuck Lapmardo with the management of his business, <a href="http://eliteflighttraining.com/" rel="nofollow">Elite Flight Training</a>. In her spare time, she and Chuck love to cook great food, believing that the ultimate relaxation is to share good wine and good food with friends and family.</p>
Jerny Rieves is a popular author, speaker, and coach in the Phoenix metropolitan area. After 30 years of working in health clubs with all ages and abilities, she set her sights on making a bigger impact through education and personal coaching. <a href="https://kristianafaddoul.wordpress.com" target="_blank">Kristiana Faddoul</a> joined SmartFem.com in July of 2015 in hopes of expanding her experience in the world of print journalism and magazine writing. Some of her responsibilities at SmartFem.com include content producing, editing, interviewing, and taking photography for the magazine. Kristiana is currently an undergraduate broadcast major at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the Arizona State University. She plans to take the wildlife route of journalism, and one day work for Animal Planet on the Discovery Network as a videographer or producer. Kristiana strives to make her writing both entertaining and educational, hoping to really bring her environmental education to the surface along with the multitude of topics she covers.
<strong>Outside of SmartFem:</strong> In her spare time, Kristiana can be heard DJing for Blaze Radio, KASC 1330AM and <a href="http://blazeradioonline.com/" target="_blank">blazeradioonline.com</a> on the ASU campus. When she isn’t involved in her journalism, Kristiana relaxes in her room playing video games, heads out with her friends and boyfriend on the town, and acts in plays and musicals around the valley. She is a secret nerd who loves adventure.
<p style="color: #000000;"><strong style="color: #1c1c1c;">Lea’s career is highlighted by 25 years of public relations</strong>, writing columns, hosting a radio show, and over a hundred TV appearances. Lea’s career includes news segments for ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox TV, as well as writing a regular column for Runway Magazine, North Valley Magazine and AZ Weekly. Her articles have been featured in 101North, So Scottsdale, The Business Journal and Phoenix Woman. Previously as the founder of Lasting Impression Consulting and now SmartFem.com she has been retained by businesses all over the valley to help them improve their visibility and potential through the media. As a member of the National Speakers Association, Lea has also appeared as a motivational speaker throughout the country.</p>

SmartFem is a calling and was inspired by her desire to protect and serve her daughter Lauren. SmartFem is an entertaining and informative magazine as well as a trusted guide which carefully screens its featured experts to ensure the highest standards of integrity and service. In fact, all of SmartFem’s experts must sign an integrity clause to ensure that readers get the very best customer experience. She also has made the company a branding and reputation enhancing entity which has helped market SmartFem’s experts both on and off line through high profile philanthropic events. Lea won the MVP award for going above and beyond with Debbie Gaby’s Celebrity Catwalk in November of 2013. She also serves on several committee’s such as United Cerebral Palsy, Beach Ball, Florence Crittenton, Alice Cooper’s Rock the Runway, Oscar Experience and this year she will be co-chairing the AZ Wellness Red Carpet Event in March.</p>

Monica Sampson is a Phoenix based journalist, entertainer and storyteller. Pursuing a double major from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, in broadcast journalism and theater with a pre law minor. Monica understands the power of media to educate, inspire, and inform.
Combining her passion for feminism with her media savvy, Monica has been recognized as an emerging feminist leader in the valley. Monica Sampson has appeared extensively on television and radio discussing feminism, politics, and empowerment; serving as a board member for <em>I Am That Girl</em>, a national organization dedicated to changing stereotypes often associated with women.
She is the assistant news director for KASC Blaze Radio and the co-host of the award winning radio show <em>Mo-Jo In The Morning</em>.
Outside of her professional life, Monica enjoys musicals, bunny rabbits, and singing along to Barbra Streisand.
