Alice Cooper’s Christmas Pudding 2012 featuring Johnny Depp

Alice Cooper rocked the house with his Christmas Pudding show this year featuring celebrity actor and performer Johnny Depp.   The show had something for everyone.

The first act included Comedic hosting by John O‘Hurley of Seinfeld, and celebrity magician Murray Sawchuck co-hosted.  The kids of Solid Rock made a dance performance, “Gift of Drums.  Later, Cooper joined his son Dash on the stage with his band Co-op.

Other performers who graced the stage were Sebastian Bach of Skid Row,  LA Guns, Orianthi Panagaris and Comedian Michael “Black Jack Wilson.

Don Felder of the Eagles performed an amazing rendition of “Hotel California,” and closed his set delighting the audience with “Take it Easy.”  It was a show stopper!

As  the show progressed so did the anticipation for Cooper’s special guest Hollywood A-Lister, Johnny Depp.

Johnny managed to capture the evening in donations before his arrival, A signed painting of Johnny Depp by the “world’s fastest painter” Rock Demarco, which included a chance to meet the actor fetched a whopping $27,000. A guitar the actor signed, which also included a chance to meet him, brought another $20,000.

The last act of the night was the man himself, Alice Cooper joined on lead guitar by Johnny Depp.  Depp showed that he was also an accomplished musician as he jammed with some of Alice’s hit songs such as School’s out and “Under My wheels.”

The grand finale featured all-star jam of “Run, Rudolph, Run a song made popular by Chuck Berry.  Franken Santa made an appearance on the stage dancing with the performers while snow confetti showered the stage.

Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp and all the other celebrity appearances made for a good evening for everyone and I for one can’t wait to see next year’s Christmas Pudding show.
