I did that for years, my first measurement was when I was 29 when one of the girls said, I can do that right over your shirt right here. In the middle of the store! In the past I had some crazy notion that I was going to be topless for a measurement and it was the stress of high school gym class as a late bloomer all over again! I was also wearing the wrong size. Moving into a C cup I was like “finally, when people post that snarky stuff on facebook about bra sizes I’m FINALLY in “just enough” category instead of mosquito bite. I still look like a 12 year old boy in a sports bra though, haha.
